We share real-world approaches to producing food, managing land, and building viable small-scale farm businesses. Our work draws from regenerative agriculture, holistic land management, and hands-on experience operating a diversified farm.
Through consulting, education, on-farm training, and practical resources, we help farmers and landowners make better decisions about their land, production systems, economics, and long-term development.
The goal is to build the skills, knowledge, and practical capacity to create productive farms, healthy landscapes, and stronger local food systems.

Noah East
Noah is a farmer, writer, and educator based in Western North Carolina, where he has lived and worked for the 12 years decade.
His background spans field biology, forestry, arboriculture, farm management, and land design. Before starting Small Scale Revival, he worked across those fields and eventually brought them together through farming and ecological land management.
Noah is part of the leadership team at Wild East Farm, a diversified farm in Marion, North Carolina. The farm combines market gardening, pastured poultry, livestock, and agroforestry, with an emphasis on practical production, careful land management, and sound economics.
Through Small Scale Revival, Noah works with farmers and landowners on farm planning, production systems, enterprise economics, and land design. His approach comes from working directly with the constraints that farms actually face: limited land, labor, capital, time, markets, and infrastructure.
He also writes and teaches about farming, land management, and the practical work of building a farm that can function over the long term.
After over a decade in Western North Carolina, he remains deeply invested in the land and agricultural community of the region.
Consulting and Design
We help farmers and landowners plan farms that work in practice. Services include whole-farm planning and design, enterprise planning and financial modeling, production system design, and operator recruitment.
